I found a bug, Can view who downloaded ALL resources / Can view who downloaded OWN resources is the same, it show the Downloaded tab for all in XFRM :

A powerful earthquake has struck off Turkey's Aegean coast destroying homes and killing at least 39 people. The 6.8 magnitude tremor was centred off Turkey's Izmir province. There has been no electric and natural gas in İzmir for 2 days. I need time in this situation, when I available I will update .
