why don't you use FontAwesome for the quotation marks?
Looks even better to me:

The text size is then 20px and it looks great.

The indication that you should login or register when you are logged in but the permission of "Can view quotes" is set to No is confusing.

You need to validate your XF license with your token number.
Than you have all resource download permissions.

The XF verification system requires it to be repeated periodically.
