Cannot download, Despite validating token

Hi, I have a cloudbase server - I was able to update the DNS records, but cannot upload the file anywhere on the root directory due to it being all cloud based, and the fact I don't have any access to it. Unfortunately due to this, I cannot download any resources (And I'm not able to post in the client help area either)
