END USER can display the minimum system requirements for PRODUCTS (Plug-ins and styles) on the product introduction page. Infrastructure services required for products to work (Example: script, additional software, or content that requires an update is owned by the user (real or legal members) who will use the product.

XENTR products provides you free and paid premium add-ons for your XenForo website. Our products are sold as a digital download through our website.
2. Add-ons Subscription
All our premium products comes with initial 6 months of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 6 months of purchase date. But after six months, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the add-ons to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
Our products are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of XenForo. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. We reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after add-ons files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
4. Products Support
Add-ons Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your add-ons, and make small modifications to make the add-ons better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore we don’t offer support for XenForo itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your add-ons. You should not expect customization for functionality not already provided within your add-ons.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Add-ons Support is provided only on the Support Forum or Support Form. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
5. Add-ons Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the add-ons up-to-date and working with the latest version of XenForo. Our add-ons are developed and fine-tuned for XenForo or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some add-ons functionality.
6. Browser Compatibility
Our add-ons have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Edge. Users must use the feedback system if they detect any incompatibility or bug with the browsers and forward the issue.
7. Refund Policy
For purchases for downloadable products, such as add-ons, we do not provide any refunds after the software has been downloaded. The reason for this policy is because we offer intangible irrevocable digital Products and as such, there is no way for our Products to be returned. To ensure a product is right for you before purchasing, please review our demo, or contact us with any questions you may have.
8. Price Changes
XENTR products reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
9. License URL Valid
After your purchase, you must enter the url on which the product will be installed. Once the url enters, you will be able to download the product. If the url entered does not exist or it is a false url, we grant ourselves the right to suspend the licenses until the correct URL is entered. If no reply or correction is made by the customer, the license may be suspended permanently.
10. Withdrawal of License
If you remove our copyright without purchasing the "Branding Free" option, we give ourselves the right to withdraw your license without notice. If you distribute our products, your associated licenses to your account will be deleted without notice.
After we have successfully received your payment, your add-ons XENTR Subscription or Individual add-ons information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 24 hours but usually happens within seconds. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all our add-ons and the support forum.
11. Photos Copyright Info
When viewing the add-ons demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images and also can be used by you. None of our add-ons come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos are GPL licensed and can be used accordingly.
12. Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Xenforo Türkiye
13. File-sharing and distributing
When purchasing and downloading any products from this site, you agree that you will not redistribute or resell your purchased item, or any part of the design (including but not limited to images, code, xml files or psd files) under any circumstance. Distributing these files (eg. on file-sharing sites or warez sites) is highly prohibited. If you are caught distributing any files from XENTR or if you buy an item on behalf of a warez site, your account will be banned without warning or refund and your personal details may be sent to Invision Power Services for review. You do not have permission to purchase any products from this website if you are actively involved in administrating or contributing to warez sites (including but not limited to posting, requesting or downloading items, donating or posting links to items originating from this site). Doing so will result in the immediate cancellation of your account without refund.
14. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

15. Support Requests and Support System Use on Public Holidays
It is common for users to expect 7/24 uninterrupted support for our products, so we look at our customer feedback and turnaround times to achieve better times. However, XENTR has the right not to return to the tickets issued on the legal and public holidays. This declaration is valid in exceptional cases (such as infrastructure works, natural disasters, limited power cuts etc.).
