Usually users use CSS background-image to change or highlighted quotation marks in block quote for XenForo .
In this free product we have created simple add-on to customize the standard quote box.
The quote box block displays with a thick left border and a colorful quote sign.

General Permissions
This add-on allows you to hide the quote box block per each user group.
Some of improvements and fix can be implemented next release.
