[XTR] Custom Post Fields

Custom post fields allow you to define additional structured fields for users to fill in when replying a thread. Similar to custom user fields, these fields can various types of form inputs, including textboxes, radio buttons and checkboxes.

Custom post field can be setup in the control panel under Forums > Custom post fields.

Each custom post field value will be displayed in one of several locations:

1. Before message: in the body of the first post of the thread, directly above the message content.
2. After message: in the body of the first post of the thread, directly below the message content.

Like with custom thread fields, you can use the Applicable forums and Editable by user groups options to control where the field is displayed and who can enter a value for the field.

Just to tell those that have read my post above.. XDinc is incredibly responsive. He has contacted me and passed on a fix without even needing access to my forum!! Kudos!

Question/Feature ehnacement... Is there any way to have this in the First post of the Thread only?
Reason : could be used as a "sales prompt" where the poster has to fill in certain fields when they post a sales thread which would then be displayed on posting - this could show the Condition/Location/good things/bad things about the item being sold... however allows it to stay in a standard listing as opposed to many that are a bolt-on classified section.
