I like that you can search by who started the conversations - but can we get an option to also search for a users conversations regardless of if they started the conversation or not?

[XTR] Conversation Management 1.0.5​

Update highlights​

This update significantly improves the usability and reliability of the add-on.

Search and Moderation
A search bar has been added to the conversation list for quick searching. With inline moderation support, you can now select multiple conversations and delete them in batch.

User Group Filtering
The user group filtering options are now fully functional. You can automatically exclude conversations from administrators or specific user groups from the list. This feature can be configured separately for conversation starters and participants.

Read-Only Viewing
The conversation view page now operates in a completely read-only mode. Action buttons like reply, like, and edit have been removed, allowing you to only view message contents. This approach protects user privacy in accordance with the purpose of the management interface.

Privacy Improvements
The invite participants feature has been removed in consideration of user privacy. A notice added to the management interface reminds administrators to respect user privacy.

Technical Improvements
The inline moderation system has been redesigned to work properly on conversations where administrators are not participants. The codebase has been aligned with XenForo standards and potential bugs have been fixed.

XenTR Güncelleme için teşekkür ederim. Admin panelden gönderilen mesajları ayrı bir sekme olarak gösteremez miyiz bu eklentide? Malum katılımı artırmak için artık birçok forum otomatik hoşgeldin mesajları gönderiyor aynı zamanda kuralları vs ekliyor bu mesajlara. Ama tahmin edersin ki bu mesajların sayısı epeyce fazla oluyor ve gerçek kişiler tarafından doğal olarak başlatılan özel mesajlar arada kayboluyor.
 
Fatih bey mantıklı bir öneri bunu değerlendireceğim. Uygun bir çözüm bulduğumda 1.0.6 sürümü ile güncellerim.
 
Sanırım şöyle bir şey yapılabilir. İstediğin şey bu olsa gerek.

Diyelim ki XenTR kullanıcısı yeni üyelere hoşgeldin mesajı gönderiyor:
  1. Admin CP'de: System/Bot users = XenTR
  2. Conversation Management sayfasında:
    • "All Conversations" → Tüm mesajlar görünür
    • "User Conversations" → XenTR'nin mesajları gizlenir
    • "System Messages" → Sadece XenTR'nin mesajları görünür
  • Sekmeler sadece sistem kullanıcısı tanımlıysa görünür
  • Sistem kullanıcısı tanımlı değilse → Sekmeler gizlenir, tüm mesajlar listelenir
  • Arama ve diğer filtreler sekme geçişlerinde sıfırlanır (basit link yapısı)
 
Evet abi çözümlerden birisi bu olabilir. Halihazırda kullanıcı grubuna göre yaptım dediğin şeyi. Kullanıcı grubu ayarı var ve Kurucu grubunun başlattığı mesajları gösterme dedim.

İkili şart oluşturulabilse daha süper olur tabi

Kullanıcı Mesaj Başlığı

Kullanıcının başlattığı XXX mesaj başlılı mesajlar gözükmesin gibi. Tabi esneklik açısından bunlardan birisi boşsa one göre filtre iptal edilebilir belki. Admin panelde mesaj başlığı belirtilmezse o kullanıcının tüm mesajları hariç tutulur yada sadece mesaj başlığı yazılırsa o başlıkla eşlesen mesajlar kullanıcı gözüteilmeksizin göz ardı edilir gibi.

Karışık anlattım biraz ve ilave kodlama yükünü kestiremiyorum ama senin önerinde birçok kişi açısından fazlasıyla çalışacaktır.
 
Kullanıcı grubundan kastın ne tam anlamadım ama biraz sorunlu olabilir. Yeni kullanıcılara hoş geldiniz mesajı göndermek için XF nin yerleşik ayarlarına göre değerlendirmeler yaparak işlem sağladım. Doğru olan da budur.
XF de zaten resimdeki alan tanımlı. Burada grup bazlı bir yapı yok.

Halihazırda eklenti ayarlarında var abi bu. Bu kullanıcı grubundan gelen mesajlar eklentide gözükmüyor şuanda. Direkt bir istek olsun madem dediğin gibi kullanıcı mesajlarını ayrı sayfada gösterirsen işimizi görür.
