To clarify, the [XTR] Dynamic Welcome Panel add-on was originally developed for use on our own website. The option you mentioned was added to ensure compatibility with our internal [XTR] Support Tickets System add-on, which we actively use in our own environment.
At this time, the [XTR] Support Tickets System add-on has not yet been released for sale and is therefore not available in the shop.
You can safely ignore this option in the [XTR] Dynamic Welcome Panel settings, as it has no effect unless the Support Tickets System add-on is installed.
If the Support Tickets System becomes publicly available in the future, it will be officially announced and listed in the shop.
