How do I get this to work again?

None of the icons show up anymore since the style sheet used is blocked from being accessed.

Please can you send the payment information of the product you purchased through the support request?
 
I saw now. Your license for the product has expired. Therefore, you are not in the status of Customer. Support is available for users with an active license.

Well the add-on version has never changed and it isn't working. The stylesheet link where you get the icons from doesn't exist anymore.
 
There will be a new update on this issue. The update will be published as soon as possible. ;)
