XenTR.Net olarak, kendi ekosistemimize geçiş sürecimizi emin adımlarla ve büyük bir heyecanla tamamlıyoruz. Bu doğrultuda, web sitemizin ihtiyaç duyduğu tüm kritik altyapı eklentilerini artık dış kaynaklara bağlı kalmadan, tamamen kendi kod yapımızla sıfırdan geliştiriyor ve hayata geçiriyoruz.
Yönetim panelimizde artık üçüncü parti eklentilere veda ederek, %100 kendi geliştirdiğimiz, optimize ettiğimiz ve en ince detayına kadar hakim olduğumuz yerli çözümleri kullanmaya başladık.
2026 yılı itibarıyla birçok yeni ve kapsamlı projeyi kullanıma sunduk. Bunlardan en dikkat çekeni, geliştirdiğimiz Yapay Zeka (AI) motorunu doğrudan Support Tickets (Destek Talepleri) sistemimize entegre etmemiz oldu. Bu sayede, müşterilerimizin teknik soruları, geniş bilgi bankamızdaki verilerle işlenerek yapay zeka tarafından anında ve isabetli bir şekilde yanıtlanıyor. Böylece hem müşterilerimiz çözüme saniyeler içinde ulaşıyor hem de destek ekibimizin iş yükü optimize edilerek çok daha hızlı bir hizmet sunuluyor.
Bu yenilik zincirinin en stratejik halkası ise XenForo lisans doğrulama sistemimiz oldu. Yıllardır kullandığımız standart XenForo License Verification eklentisinden ayrılarak, çok daha güvenli, esnek ve akıllı bir yapıya sahip olan kendi Smart License Validator eklentimizi sıfırdan kodladık.
Bu yeni sistem ile birlikte, XenForo API doğrulamasının çok ötesine geçen şu gelişmiş yeteneklere kavuştuk:
Gelişmiş Güvenlik ve Fraud (Dolandırıcılık) Koruması
- Akıllı Alan Adı Sahiplik Doğrulama (Domain Ownership Check): Sistemimiz, sadece API sorgusuyla yetinmez. Kullanıcının lisanslı alan adının gerçekten sahibi olup olmadığını, sunucu tabanlı özel bir dosya kontrolüyle (file verification) doğrular. Bu sayede başkasına ait lisansla kayıt olma (spoofing) girişimleri tamamen engellenir.
- Proaktif Çakışma Yönetimi (Conflict Management): Aynı lisans token'ı veya müşteri ID'si (customer_token) farklı bir hesapta kullanılmaya çalışıldığında sistem bunu anında tespit eder. Yöneticilere detaylı bir "Çakışma Raporu" sunar ve mükerrer kullanımı bloklar.
- Anormal Aktivite Takibi ve IP Bloklama: Sistem, şüpheli doğrulama denemelerini ve brute-force saldırılarını (IP tabanlı hız limiti - Rate Limiting) izler. Belirli bir süre içinde aşırı sayıda başarısız deneme yapan IP adreslerini otomatik olarak tespit eder ve geçici/kalıcı olarak engeller.
Tam Otomasyon ve Kullanıcı Grubu Yönetimi
- Dinamik Grup Senkronizasyonu: Lisans doğrulandığı anda kullanıcılar otomatik olarak "Lisanslı" (Verified) grubuna atanır. Lisans transfer edilebilir durumdaysa, opsiyonel olarak "Transfer Hakkı Olanlar" gibi özel bir gruba da dahil edilebilir.
- Süresi Dolan Lisanslar İçin Otomatik İşlem: Arka planda çalışan akıllı servisimiz (XenForo Job System), sistemi yormadan (batch processing) tüm lisansları periyodik olarak XenForo API üzerinden yeniden doğrular. Lisansı iptal edilen veya süresi dolan kullanıcıların yetkileri otomatik olarak düşürülür ve kendilerine nazik bir "Lisansınızın süresi doldu" bildirimi gönderilir.
Modern Altyapı ve Uyumluluk
- XenForo Cloud Desteği: Sistemimiz, hem klasik lisansları hem de yeni nesil XenForo Cloud (cl_) aboneliklerini sorunsuz tanır, ayrıştırır ve yönetim panelinde özel etiketlerle raporlar.
- Detaylı Admin Dashboard ve Loglama: Yöneticilerimiz için hazırladığımız özel panelde; aktif, süresi dolmuş, bekleyen veya Cloud lisansları anlık grafiklerle görüntülenir. Her bir doğrulama işlemi, IP adresi ve sonuçlarıyla birlikte detaylı log kayıtlarında (Lisans Logları) saklanır.
- Ticket ve Profil Entegrasyonu: Müşteri destek talebi açtığında veya profilini görüntülediğimizde, ilgili kullanıcının lisans durumu (Geçerli/Geçersiz/Transfer Edilebilir) destek ekibimizin ekranına anlık olarak yansır.

As XenTR.Net, we are completing the transition process to our own ecosystem with firm steps and great excitement. In line with this vision, we are now developing all the critical infrastructure add-ons required by our website completely from scratch with our own code structure, without relying on external sources.
In our administration panel, we have said goodbye to third-party add-ons and started using 100% native solutions that we have developed, optimized, and mastered down to the finest detail.
As of 2026, we have launched many new and comprehensive projects. The most notable of these was the direct integration of our developed Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine into our Support Tickets system. Thanks to this, our customers' technical questions are processed with data from our extensive knowledge base and answered instantly and accurately by AI. This allows our customers to reach solutions in seconds while optimizing our support team's workload for much faster service.
The most strategic link in this chain of innovation has been our XenForo license verification system. Leaving behind the standard XenForo License Verification add-on we have used for years, we coded our own Smart License Validator add-on from scratch, featuring a much more secure, flexible, and intelligent structure.
With this new system, we have gained advanced capabilities that go far beyond standard XenForo API verification:
Advanced Security and Fraud Protection
- Smart Domain Ownership Verification: Our system applies more than just a simple API query. It verifies whether the user is truly the owner of the licensed domain via a server-based custom file check (file verification). This completely prevents attempts to register with someone else's license (spoofing).
- Proactive Conflict Management: The system instantly detects if the same license token or customer ID is attempted to be used on a different account. It presents a detailed "Conflict Report" to administrators and blocks duplicate usage.
- Abnormal Activity Monitoring & IP Blocking: The system monitors suspicious validation attempts and brute-force attacks (IP-based Rate Limiting). It automatically detects IP addresses making excessive failed attempts within a certain period and blocks them temporarily or permanently.
Full Automation and User Group Management
- Dynamic Group Synchronization: As soon as a license is verified, users are automatically assigned to the "Licensed" (Verified) group. If the license is transferrable, they can optionally be included in a special group like "Eligible for Transfer".
- Auto-Process for Expired Licenses: Our intelligent service running in the background (XenForo Job System) periodically re-verifies all licenses via the XenForo API without straining the system (batch processing). Users with cancelled or expired licenses have their privileges automatically downgraded, and a polite "Your license has expired" notification is sent to them.
Modern Infrastructure and Compatibility
- XenForo Cloud Support: Our system seamlessly recognizes, distinguishes, and reports both classic licenses and next-generation XenForo Cloud (cl_) subscriptions with special labels in the admin panel.
- Detailed Admin Dashboard & Logging: In the special panel prepared for our administrators; active, expired, pending, or Cloud licenses are displayed with real-time charts. Every verification action is stored in detailed log records (License Logs) along with IP addresses and results.
- Ticket & Profile Integration: When a customer opens a support ticket or when we view their profile, the relevant user's license status (Valid/Invalid/Transferable) is instantly reflected on our support team's screen.
