doubt with the thread block and suggestion

How can I make this block not appear in some nodes? It is not interesting that this appears in news articles.
I'm using XenPorta and the block appears in XenPorta causing the news content to drop too low.

I would also like to suggest, move the envelope to send a private message and place it next to the user's nick
Also, as I suggested last time, a very useful thing is that when you send a message using this button, the title of the message is automatically included as the title of the private message.
