Question Config.php dosyasına aşağıdaki kodu yazarsak daha önce yüklenmiş dosyalarda otomatik olarak gider olarak algıladım yazıdan doğru mu?

(app) app api numarası aws sunucularından alacağımız. Eğer bu kodları config.php ye eklersek daha önceki yüklenen fotoğraflar da otomatik atanan sunucuya gönderilir olarak algıladım. Doğru mudur?
