- Standard YouTube videos (youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID)
- YouTube Shorts (youtube.com/shorts/VIDEO_ID)
- YouTube Music videos (music.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID)
- YouTube Music Samples (music.youtube.com/samples/VIDEO_ID)
- Short URLs (youtu.be/VIDEO_ID)
- All share URLs with tracking parameters (e.g., ?si=SHARE_ID) are now properly recognized and processed.
- Updated YouTube URL regex pattern in story controller to support shorts/ and samples/ paths
- Added music.youtube.com subdomain support
- Updated widget story processing for new URL formats
- Enhanced JavaScript video player initialization to handle all YouTube URL variations
- Improved URL validation and video ID extraction across all story display contexts
- This update ensures that users can share YouTube content from mobile devices using the native share button without encountering "invalid URL" errors.
