This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between XenTR Digital Services (hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER") on one side, and the person making purchases through the XenTR.net platform (hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER" or "End User") on the other side, under the terms and conditions outlined below.
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of digital products/services ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's XenTR.net website.
The BUYER acknowledges and declares that the products/services ordered through XenTR.net comply with the specifications stated in the Agreement and the standards specified in the legislation, and that the SELLER bears no responsibility for defective goods/services in relation to these products/services.
The BUYER's use of any XenTR Product indicates acceptance of the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's completion of the purchase process.
The BUYER acknowledges that, due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. For downloadable products such as styles and add-ons, no refunds will be issued once the software has been downloaded. The reason for this policy is the provision of intangible, non-returnable digital products, which makes it impossible to return the Products. To ensure a product is suitable for your needs before purchasing, please review the provided demo or contact the SELLER with any questions.
All our products are offered with subscription packages of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, as selected by you at the time of purchase. This subscription allows you to download updates for XenTR Products and access the exclusive support forum during the relevant period. Upon the expiration of your subscription period, you will need to renew your subscription to continue benefiting from updates and support services. However, even if you do not renew your subscription, you may continue to use the purchased add-ons indefinitely on the designated domain.
After the purchase, you must enter the URL where the product will be installed. Once the URL is registered, you can download the product. If the entered URL does not exist or is incorrect, we reserve the right to suspend the licenses until the correct URL is provided. If no response or correction is made by the BUYER, the license may be permanently suspended.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. All products belong to xentr.net.
The BUYER agrees not to redistribute or sell the purchased product or any part of its design (including but not limited to images, codes, XML files, or PSD files) under any circumstances. Distribution of these files (e.g., on file-sharing sites or warez sites) is strictly prohibited.
If you are caught distributing any product or purchasing an item on behalf of a warez site, your account will be banned without warning or refund, and your personal information may be sent to the management team at the "XenForo Official Community" for review.
Add-on Support is intended to assist you with installing, configuring, and editing your add-ons, as well as making minor adjustments to better suit your needs. It does not cover extensive customizations or the creation of additional features. Additionally, we do not provide support for XenForo itself, nor for third-party add-ons you may choose to use with your add-ons.
We typically monitor the support forums every business day (Monday - Friday) and occasionally on weekends. Please do not have urgent or inconsistent expectations if you do not receive a response on Saturdays or Sundays.
Add-on Support is provided exclusively through the Support Forum. We do not offer support for applications and products via email, comments, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.
The SELLER reserves the right not to respond to tickets opened through the support system on designated legal and official holidays. This statement also applies to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., infrastructure work, natural disasters, limited power outages, etc.).
XenTR Products have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Users must use the feedback system to report any detected incompatibilities with browsers.
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over their resolution.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. By purchasing a product and using this website, you are bound by the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's completion of the purchase process.
In the event that the products subject to this Agreement are modified, developed, or updated, the provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid between the parties unless superseded by a new agreement.
